Internships at PLC

At PLC, we welcome talented graduates and students who are eager to gain practical exposure in the marine construction industry. Our internships are open to those pursuing studies in engineering, management, or related fields. We do not limit ourselves to fixed positions, allowing us to tailor opportunities to the intern’s area of study and interest. Interns gain first-hand experience of working on live projects and real business challenges. We ensure that every intern is guided by experienced professionals who provide mentorship and feedback throughout the program. The internship offers valuable insight into how technical knowledge and management practices are applied in a dynamic workplace. Interns develop professional skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving in addition to their technical learning. Upon completion, interns leave with practical experience that strengthens their academic knowledge and enhances employability. Eligible candidates include recent graduates as well as students currently enrolled in their academic programs.
