QA/QC INSPECTOR
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil & Marine QA/QC Inspector to join our team for marine construction projects, including rock works, breakwaters, and coastal protection.
The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in civil construction engineering and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the marine sector.
We are particularly interested in young professionals who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop hands-on site experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 1-3 Years of Work Experience in QAQC on marine construction
- Ability to monitor, report, and follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and quality observations
- Experience in coordinating inspections with clients, vendors, and third-party laboratories
SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with personnel at all levels.
- Excellent observational skills to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Proactive approach to safety with the ability to perform audits and provide corrective actions.
- Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox talks effectively.
- Strong reporting and organizational skills to maintain safety records and reports.
